In module 2, I have described a problem from my past organization where a fewer number of middle level managers have affected the productivity of the organization. In that post, I have stated that due to a lower number of middle level managers, the works of the lower level employees are not being properly supervised and that directly affects the quality of the works. It results the recurring faults in the work, including the missing deadline. After having a series of meetings, the C-level executives have understood that many of the lower level employees can’t have the idea about the objective and vision of the organization.
